Hide individual classes from the schedule
The web schedule's class actions offer **Hide from schedule** for scheduled, cancelled and past classes, including recurring occurrences and one-off classes. This hides only that occurrence, without cancelling it or changing bookings, attendance, charges, refunds or notification choices. Historical corrections and series actions keep their existing meaning.
Turn on **Show deactivated** to reveal hidden occurrences, identified by a **Hidden** label, then choose **Unhide from schedule**. Unhiding keeps the class's current status and gives it back the visibility it had before you hid it, so a public workshop drop-in stays public. Classes hidden as part of a cancellation keep the existing restore rule. The action requires schedule-management permission and applies only within the staff member's current venue. Hidden classes are omitted from client schedule lists using the existing `unlisted` visibility rule. Existing booking/account records remain accessible; visibility does not change booking eligibility or financial obligations. Business native has no new visibility editor in this change. Consumer, Branded and Sites continue to receive the canonical filtered schedule.
Course and workshop schedule brand filters
Brand-filtered schedules now use the linked workshop or course brand when an occurrence has no explicit brand. This keeps a course from appearing as an unbranded class under another brand. Explicit occurrence overrides, recurring class inheritance and additional display brands remain available.
